Our Kid’s Ministry Directors Amber and Mary would love to meet you. They have been serving in the ministry for over a year and have a deep desire to see children develop a solid and lasting relationship with Christ.
The Kid’s Ministry is divided into 2 areas with Island Themes. The Big Island is for kids over 4 and is located in the back of the Fellowship Hall. The Little Cove is for children under 4 and is located to the left of our main sanctuary. At each location you will be able to register your child and ask any questions you may have. Event information is also available.
You can also email us anytime.
We have specially designed ministries for kids starting from birth – 6th grade. We offer opportunities for spiritual growth and development though age appropriate teaching.
On Wednesday boys and girls join the Adult service for songs and worship and then go to their own place of ministry where they learn Bible stories, crafts, and do activities. All of these interactive ministries offer the opportunity for spiritual growth, mentoring, and friendship building.
Check In & Safety
Your child is important to us. On your first visit, we will ask for some information like; parent/legal guardian names, children’s names, birthdates, address, cell phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our database to help maintain our secure check-in system.
Your child’s safety is our first priority. All volunteers are background checked. We use a name tag system for child check-in and pick-up, and a paging system along with a cell phone texting system for parents/guardians in case we need to reach you during the worship service. For the safety of your child, we ask that parents pick up their child. We do not release any children without a parent or sibling over the age of 16.
